I agree 100% with you on this article!
In fact I have been eating spirulina / Chlorella for several decades.
As a life long vegetarian, I found it was important to get all nutrients in a simple to take form. As chlorella contains all 22 amino acids and every vitamin and mineral it ensures we get everything our body needs. A simple soulution which I eat every day!
In ancient times some Chinese people lived exclusively on Chlorella made into thin crispy pancakes!
